旨在通过与城镇小学相关负责人、小学生家长的访谈和微信宣教平台推广服务组合的形式提高城镇小学城乡居民基本医疗保险 (BMIURR)的参保率和满意度。

Objectives of Study：

The project aims to improve the enrollment rate and satisfaction of the basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents (BMIURR) in urban primary schools by a school superintendents interview and WeChat message service combination outreach activities.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

项目由spss统计软件产生随机种子，采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法获取样本。在长沙9个区中随机抽取2个，每个区县随机抽取4所小学，这4所学校随机分为两组（2所学校为对照组，2所学校为干预组）。在每所学校随机抽取3个年级，每个年级随机抽取1-2个班级，邀请抽中班级全体同学的家庭中关于其医疗保险的主要决策者参与研究。

The random seeds will be produced by SPSS. Multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method will be used. In the 9 counties of Changsha, 2 will be randomly selected, then 4 schools will be randomly chosen in each selected county and then divided into 2 groups（2 schools in control group, and 2 sch
